Attention: Policy information
Membership transfers will not be completed until the account balance
is paid-in-full by the conveying membership owner. We have had an increase
in delinquencies due to sellers leaving unpaid accounts for new owners to manage.
There will be no exceptions to this policy.
RWD #3 encourages members of the district to attend the monthly meetings
of the Board of Directors held the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm.
It is important for members to be knowledgeable about the district's activities and understand the obstacles confronted by the RWD #3 personnel and directors, in their efforts to maintain quality water service for each member.
RWD#3 is a non-profit organization that continues to grow with the area
and operates strictly on grants, low-interest loans, and monthly customer billing.
